Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how COIxist Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the U.S. State of Georgia, United States of America ("COIxist," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to our marketing website at coixist.com (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
When you submit the demo request form on the Site, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your firm's name
- Your firm's approximate size (a range you select from a dropdown)
If you contact us by email at contact@coixist.com, we will receive any information you choose to include in your message, including your email address and any signature or attachments.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard request information for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. This typically includes:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- The page requested and the referring URL
- Date and time of the request
1.3 Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or comparable behavioral tracking tools on the Site. Your browser may use small amounts of localStorage for session-only UI state (for example, remembering whether you have dismissed a banner); this data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Responding to demo requests. To contact you about the demo you requested and to schedule and conduct that demo.
- Sales follow-up. To follow up on a demo, answer your questions, and send information about COIxist that we believe is relevant to the inquiry you initiated. You can opt out of these follow-ups at any time by replying to any message with "unsubscribe" or by emailing contact@coixist.com.
- Site operation and security. To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Legal compliance. To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our legal rights.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your personal information for marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. The demo request form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers the form contents to our internal email. Web3Forms processes the form payload as a data processor on our behalf in order to perform this service. Site hosting and email delivery may also involve third-party providers acting under standard service agreements.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of others, or to prevent harm.
- Business transfers. If COIxist is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, information collected through the Site may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain demo request information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to the request and to follow up on the resulting sales conversation, and thereafter for a period not to exceed three (3) years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an active customer relationship. Server logs are retained for a shorter period sufficient for security and operational purposes, typically no more than ninety (90) days.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us through the Site by emailing contact@coixist.com. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar privacy laws. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To opt out of sales or marketing follow-up, reply to any email from us with "unsubscribe," or email contact@coixist.com.
6. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you submit. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.
7. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that information you submit will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for legal-industry professionals and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@coixist.com and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including links to integration partners and reference materials. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
